Meet Nichole Fields

 

I & I Etiquette and Professional Services was founded by Nichole Fields. Nichole realized the need for a service that would contribute to the success of others by helping to build self-esteem, confidence and their own personal brand; to ensure everyone put forth “A Lasting Impression”.

She is passionate about equipping individuals with proper etiquette skills which will enhance their interpersonal, communication skills and advance relationships.

Nichole is a Certified Etiquette Consultant and has over 18 years of experience, training in the areas of social and professional etiquette.  She is a member of the International Association of Professional Etiquette Consultants, and can be found speaking and instructing all throughout the Tri-State area.

Nichole has conducted numerous classes and seminars for pageants, various businesses, women’s organizations, individuals, school settings, churches and scouting organizations.

She believes that when etiquette skills are utilized, all involved are able to feel more comfortable, and things tend to flow more smoothly. Nichole has the knowledge and skills to guide individuals to be the best possible versions of themselves.

As an advocate of girls in the STEM fields she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science, a Master’s in Public Administration and a Certification in International and Corporate Ethics and Compliance. Nichole is also the Founder of The Giving Bookshelf, a non-profit 501c3 organization.  The Giving Bookshelf, a childhood literacy and reading readiness program to help affect  inner city youth success by increasing the opportunity to read.

She is determined to help individuals realize that etiquette is not about rules and regulations, it is truly the fine art of building relationships and “A Lasting Impression.”
