Outstanding Job!!! Science students at Rutgers University as they attended a Networking and Dinner etiquette event. They were focused on building skills that will make a lasting impact in their careers as future professionals, scientists and scholars.
High school students from the Civic League of Greater New Brunswick, New Brunswick Cultural Center, and the Arts Institute of Middlesex County practiced introductions, small talk, and dining etiquette to boost their confidence in professional settings. The Civic League fosters leadership and social skills, while the Cultural Center and Arts Institute enrich students’ cultural awareness, preparing them for future success
Working with the committed 7th and 8th graders of the Rahway Future Directions program has been a truly rewarding experience. These young leaders are dedicated to activities that promote personal growth, confidence, and academic excellence, equipping them with essential skills for a successful future. The Future Directions program in NJ offers middle and high school students valuable mentorship, tutoring, and hands-on learning experiences, focusing on career readiness and community involvement. Through these opportunities, students are empowered to reach their fullest potential and prepare for both academic and professional success.
Our Girl Scouts are true go-getters, innovators, risk-takers, and leaders! At this event, they honed their dining etiquette skills, covering topics like proper utensil use, napkin placement, engaging in polite conversation, and table manners.
